Kya - Middle School Volleyball

Madilyn - High School Volleyball
“Major knee surgery? What's that? Madilyn is nothing short of amazing. She came to weights all summer and pushed herself to heal and heal correctly. Madilyn cheered her team on from the sidelines in June during summer league and helped coach the back row on coverage. Madilyn is our team's libero, which means she is our back row specialist. She breaks down the plays and the coverage to get us where we need to be on the court. Madilyn is a leader on this team and truly puts the best interest of her team ahead of herself.” - Coach Hunley
Peyton - High School Volleyball
“Peyton has shown up for her team since the first open gym this summer. She is extremely coachable and maintains a positive attitude at all times. Peyton is one of the better passers on the team, she is able to set well and she is getting better everyday at hitting. She is a great asset to the Lady Trojan Volleyball team. We are excited for what the future holds for Peyton on the court.” - Coach Hunley
Alex - Middle School Football
“Alex is a player that any coach would be happy to have. He will do whatever you ask of him and you can count on him to try his best. He doesn't have much to say but he is quietly showing others how to do the right thing. - Coach Hewitt
“Alex has come into this season ready to work hard and get better. He has done everything asked of him without complaint. He is quiet but leads by example. Any coach would be glad to have Alex on their team.” - Coach Deyoe
Gary - High School Football
“Outside of his family's summer vacation, Gary rarely missed a training session this summer. Most days he walked or rode his bike in but he was never late. He has maintained that hard work ethic into the football season, where he has not missed a practice and he's continued to learn and work hard each day. I'm very excited to see how much Gary and all of his freshmen classmates will improve this year!” - Coach E
Josue - Cross Country
“Josue began this cross country season with anticipation to make it to state this year. His motivation to do so has helped his teammates remain focused on the goal in practice as well. He is the oldest returning runner this year and he has shown maturity this season already. He commonly helps keep us laughing with his jokes and comments; something that our team needs from time to time. I'm excited to see what kind of season Josue produces. He is a great leader!” - Coach Mock
Josue - Band
“Josue has shown great diversity in band class. His willingness to fill in wherever I need him has been so helpful. I can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings!!” - Ms. Baalman

Each day he has helped a number of his peers with their lockers and directions. We teachers in the NE hallway are incredibly proud of him.” -Mrs. Heminway
“Brody has made me feel welcomed since the day I arrived at Stafford High School as a teacher. I really appreciate that.” -Mrs. Fisher
“Brody is a leader, whether he wants to be or not! The younger students certainly look up to him and want to be like him! Thankfully, he uses this leadership power positively, encouraging the underclassmen to show up and work hard and demonstrating respect for others. Thanks for being a positive role model, Brody! Keep it up!” -Mrs. Johnson
“I have seen so much positive growth in Brody - and I'm not talking just about his height! I am most impressed this year with the way he is stepping into a leadership role and acting as a positive role model for other students.
