Advanced Culinary students created a pork tenderloin stuffed with prosciutto, roasted red pepper, coarse grain mustard, and a mix of white cheddar and gruyere cheese. The tenderloin was wrapped in bacon, pan-seared, then finished in the oven. Parmesan Risotto was served with the tenderloin, as well as a combination of Roast Sweet Corn and Poblano Cream purees.

If you see these guys around, give them a round of applause. They've completed all of their fast facts for the entire year!!
