
Congratulations to our August "Wisdom" winners!





Our Marketing Essentials students designed books explaining the differences between wants and needs and how they pertain to the economy. They then read them to younger students and led some very interesting discussions.



There has been a change in tonight's volleyball. We will play Cunningham JV at 4:00. Then we will play the best out of 5 following the JV match.


High school volleyball travels to Cunningham this afternoon. Our JV will play Cunningham at 4:00. Varsity volleyball starts at 6:00, and Stafford has the last 2 games.


Reminder - There is a Junior Parent's Meeting in the high school commons at 7:30 pm, tonight.

Culinary 1 Classes are learning the essential knife skills, creating Rondelle, Diagonal, Batonnet, Julienne, Brunoise, Chiffonade, Small, Medium, and Large Dice, as well as slicing/dicing onion and mincing garlic. To utilize many of our practice cuts, it's an annual tradition to prepare Cheesy Potato Soup.


HS volleyball scrimmage tonight from 5:30-6:30.


Stafford High School volleyball travels to South Barber tomorrow for their first event of the season. It is a quad with Attica, South Barber, Skyline, and Stafford. Start time is 10:00am. The order of play is:
South Barber v. Attica and Stafford v. Skyline
South Barber v. Skyline and Attica v. Stafford
South Barber v. Stafford and Attica v. Skyline


The high school football team is participating in the Jamboree at Greensburg this evening against Kiowa County and Ingalls. The event starts at 7:00pm. The rotation is as follows:
Ingalls v Stafford
Ingalls v Kiowa County
Stafford v Kiowa County
Stafford JV v Kiowa County JV


Students in Culinary Arts II, Baking and Pastries, and one Culinary Applications class prepared Bread Bowls to enjoy with their Cheesy Potato Soup which we make annually to use our vegetables that we cut during our Knife Skills Review.

Today is the first day of school for Kindergarten through 12th grade. We are excited to have our students back in the building.


Back to school night is tomorrow, August 11, 2021, from 5:00-6:30pm. The elementary end can come in, meet teachers, and unload supplies in their classrooms. The middle/high school end can meet teachers and walk through their schedules. Pre-ordered yearbooks will also be available for pick up. Also, fall sports meetings will be from 6:00-7:00pm. We look forward to seeing our students back in the building tomorrow!

KSHSAA requires that any student participating in sports have a completed physical prior to any practice. You can click the link below for a form or you may pick up a form in the High School office. Please return your completed form to the High School office.

Just a reminder: Enrollment packets can be picked up tomorrow from 8:00am - 2:00pm.


Supply lists for the upcoming school year. If your student will be taking art, don't forget a sketch book.

Office staff is back in the building as of today. Enrollment packets will be available this Friday from 8:00am-2:00pm for pickup only. This would be a great time to get started filling out the forms. Enrollment packets and fees can be turned in starting August 3 from 12pm to 7:00pm and August 4 from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
